Banana leaf crave set, squid, battered cauliflower, chicken masala, lamb, fried chicken. We feel the side dish taste is not authentic, every dish is very similar in spice and taste. The meat pieces are very small and not chucky like other places but the fried chicken is good sized and delicious though.

The craving set could be made more appealing. The cabbage and onion crispy needs improvement. If salt is reduced, then put salt& pepper shakers at each table.I believe their add non-vegetarians dishes are good. Perhaps they also need to cater to vegetarians.Food needs to be visually appealing, smell nice and finally taste good.Service was very good.

If it's your first time here, it might be confusing for you when looking at the menu. You can buy their craving set; it will give you a bowl of rice that should be enough for two or three people depending on how much rice you normally eat. This includes free top up rice after.Then you can purchase the individual dishes to accompany your rice. In this instance we bought fried fish (filleted). They were juicy and flavourful. And chicken 65, taste was delicious, but on the dry side but its breast pieces so its understandable. You are then given free fried onion, stir fry cabbages and raita cucumber salad as sides. Free top up for these side dishes as well. You were also given 4 type of gravies to add on top your dish.You should give this place a try for the experience. Food is placed on top of banana leaf. Service was quick and accommodating.

First time here. Its pretty straight forward. The famous dish that you supposed to have is the craving set. They have multiple curries that comes with and set of veggies and pickle with it. Supposedly its refillable but we did not even ask because its quite a lot. The set is veggie only with no meat. We added chicken curry and squid. Overall was ok for me. Its on the pricey side in total. But Its still good to try for the experience.

We ordered the craving set with chicken and fried squid. Food was good and we got 4 gravy - chicken, fish, crab and daal. It’s quite pricey though.

This place was busy and staff were very occupied but they always maintained friendly and helpful service, thank you for the good service! The food was tasty and I loved the the chicken 65. Price point is very good too!! Will be back again soon

A banana leaf eating experience in Perth served by lovely staff, but the food quality and taste needs improvement.The craving set has unlimited salad, yoghurt, rice, cabbage and 4 sauces which include lentils/ dal. Would be better if at least one sauce had chicken or was served like a curry.The dal, cabbage and yoghurt salad was tasty. As you need to order meat/ curries separately from the set, the chicken masala lacked any flavour and was filled with oil. The fried onion does not feel like you are eating onion, it just feels oil is going inside the stomach. The rasam was full of salt and very less quantity for the price listed. Did not eat a lot but it felt heavy because of the oil and preparation.Would like to try the veggie options next time as the veggie sides in the set were tasty.2 stars for the warm and welcoming staff who gracefully accepted my review.
