We ordered the beef rendang with rice, the satay beef skewers, kuew teow goreng and an iced teh tarik. As you can see we got a little ahead of ourselves and ate before I took this photo. The staff were amazing and were happy to help with recommendations.The food speaks for itself; the portions were a good size, the flavours were of authentic Malaysian cuisine and great temperature: not extremely and not cold just perfect to start eating immediately. Would highly recommend this spot for sure. Not sure how anyone could rate this place a one star…

Among the best malay food, best charcoal satays in Perth-better than many in Malaysia, not sweet-unlike a popular one in north of the river, really delicious mamak mee goreng. Good teh tarek. Service similar to what u get in Malaysia. Small shop, book ahead to secure seats or order takeaways. Enjoy like we did.

Authentic malay food. Satay is charcoal grilled and tastes like the real deal. The mee goreng doesn't have too much tomato like some other places. Nasi lemak was quite standard, but rice and chilli were good.

Sorry, it's a 1 star meal.it was tasty, bit had to be reheated as it was just warm. Ordering a meal at 6pm, it should be piping hot. Then there's the lack of food. 7 pieces of meat and minimal sauce as you can see in the photos. The rice ordered with the Beef Rendang, caused the curry to be quite a dry dish because of lack of sauce. My partner said it was tasty, but dry. If we dined in, I am sure that a true curry would have been served, curry means meat in a sauce.

Their satays are to die for! (my favourite is chicken satay and their kuah kacang)I love their menu, the food was amazing, service was good. The place is nice and new. It takes me back home when I eat there. Will come back for sure. Thank you Dapur Malaysia for being my second home.

This is a six stars review. Excellent service and delicious and authentic Malaysian food.We had Satay sticks, nasi lemak, mee Goreng mamak and koay teow Goreng. All yummy. We can tell the chef is cooking the food with love and heart. We will definately be their regular customers.
